You shall be solely responsible for checking this “Shipping Policy” page each time You order our Products to ensure You are up to date with any changes or amendments.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
All fees associated with shipping and handling will be calculated and viewable at checkout before You confirm Your order. Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 2-3 business days to process and ship. Domestic delivery will take approximately 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times.
We only ship to addresses located within the United States of America, Great Britain and Australia at this time.
Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm CST.
Orders placed Monday through Friday after 5:00pm CST will be shipped the following business day.
Shipments may be sent using USPS or FedEx. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouses and fulfillment centers.
If You have not received Your order, Your order is damaged, or You require an exchange, please contact us in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Further assistance in this regard may be requested from email@example.com. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect Your ability to return any damaged products to us and/or to receive a refund.
You agree that we may charge You any sales or nexus taxes collected in Your jurisdiction as applicable when ordering any of our Products.
When tracking Your shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to update. Once Your order has been shipped, You will receive a shipping email confirmation with Your tracking number. If You did not receive it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide You with Your tracking number.

We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their Product is gone. This will help to ensure that You do not run out of our Products.
You agree not to hold us liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver our product for any reason beyond our control, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, criminal acts, labor shortages, labor strikes (both lawful and unlawful), postal service or courier service disruption, infrastructure disruption, communication failure, material shortages, or any other circumstance that may be beyond our control.
Should any provision of this Agreement be unlawful, void, or otherwise legally unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain enforceable as though the unenforceable provision had not been a part of this Agreement.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and BIA with respect to the Site and it surpasses any and all prior or concurrent communications, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and BIA with respect to the Site.
